Welcome to FlyZafy. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FlyZafy website, applications, booking services, and related products and services (collectively, the “Services”).

The Services are operated by FlyZafy LLC (“FlyZafy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our Services, creating an account, making a reservation, or purchasing travel through FlyZafy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our Services.

1. Our Services

FlyZafy provides travel search, reservation, booking, ticketing, and related technology services.

Depending on the booking, travel services may ultimately be provided by third parties, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, consolidators, global distribution systems, and other travel suppliers (“Travel Suppliers”).

When you purchase a travel product, additional terms, fare rules, conditions of carriage, cancellation policies, and other rules imposed by the applicable Travel Supplier may apply.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our Services.

If you make a booking on behalf of another traveler, you represent that you have authority to provide that traveler's information and accept applicable terms on their behalf.

You are responsible for ensuring that all traveler information submitted during booking is complete and accurate.

3. Travel Search and Availability

Flight schedules, fares, seat availability, baggage information, travel restrictions, and other travel information may be supplied by airlines and other third-party systems.

Travel inventory can change at any time.

A fare displayed during a search is not guaranteed until the applicable booking and ticketing process has been successfully completed.

Availability shown on FlyZafy does not necessarily guarantee that a seat, fare, or service will remain available when you attempt to complete your purchase.

4. Prices and Fares

Prices displayed through FlyZafy may include base fares, applicable taxes, government-imposed charges, carrier-imposed charges, and other applicable fees.

Certain optional services—including baggage, seats, meals, upgrades, insurance, or other ancillary services—may carry additional charges.

Prices may change before ticket issuance due to changes in availability, supplier pricing, currency exchange rates, taxes, or other factors outside FlyZafy's control.

The final price presented for acceptance before payment or purchase should be reviewed carefully.

5. Booking and Ticket Confirmation

Submitting payment or receiving a booking request confirmation does not necessarily mean an airline ticket has been issued.

A reservation is considered ticketed only after successful ticket issuance and, where applicable, issuance of a valid electronic ticket number.

You should review your confirmation and ticket information promptly after receiving it.

If you do not receive your ticket or booking confirmation within the expected timeframe, contact FlyZafy before traveling.

6. Traveler Information

You are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

Full legal name as shown on the travel document
Date of birth
Gender or other information when required by the airline or government
Passport or travel document information
Contact information
Frequent-flyer information, when applicable

Airlines may restrict or prohibit name changes after booking or ticket issuance.

FlyZafy is not responsible for costs resulting from incorrect information supplied by you.

7. Passports, Visas and Travel Requirements

Travelers are responsible for determining and complying with all applicable travel requirements.

These may include passports, visas, transit visas, immigration requirements, health documentation, entry permits, vaccinations, customs requirements, and minimum passport-validity requirements.

Requirements may vary based on citizenship, residency, destination, transit country, and itinerary.

FlyZafy does not guarantee entry into any country. Final admission decisions are made by the applicable government authorities.

8. Airline and Supplier Rules

Every airline ticket is subject to applicable fare rules and the airline's conditions of carriage.

Depending on the fare purchased, a ticket may be:

Non-refundable
Non-changeable
Subject to change or cancellation penalties
Subject to fare differences
Restricted to particular flights or dates
Subject to no-show penalties
Subject to baggage or seat-selection charges

You should review the applicable fare conditions before completing your purchase.

9. Changes and Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel a reservation are subject to the rules of the applicable airline or Travel Supplier.

Changing a flight may result in an airline change penalty, fare difference, tax difference, service fee, or a combination of these charges.

Some tickets cannot be changed or canceled.

FlyZafy cannot override an airline's fare rules.

10. Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined primarily by the applicable fare rules and Travel Supplier policies.

If a ticket qualifies for a refund, processing times may depend on the airline, supplier, payment provider, banking institution, and other parties involved.

Any applicable airline penalties, non-refundable amounts, or disclosed service fees may be deducted from the refund.

FlyZafy does not guarantee a specific refund processing time when the refund depends on a third-party Travel Supplier.

11. Airline Schedule Changes and Cancellations

Airlines may change flight schedules, aircraft, routes, departure or arrival airports, connection times, or other itinerary details.

Airlines may also delay or cancel flights.

These decisions are generally controlled by the airline and are outside FlyZafy's control.

When we receive notice of a significant schedule change affecting your reservation, we may attempt to notify you using the contact information associated with your booking.

Travelers should independently verify their flight status with the operating airline before departure.

12. Missed Flights and No-Shows

If you fail to check in or board a scheduled flight, the airline may classify you as a “no-show.”

A no-show may result in cancellation of the remaining flights in your itinerary and loss of some or all of the ticket's value.

Contact FlyZafy or the applicable airline as soon as possible if you believe you will miss a flight.

13. Baggage

Baggage allowances and fees are determined by the applicable airline and fare.

Baggage rules can differ between airlines, routes, cabin classes, frequent-flyer statuses, and ticket types.

For itineraries involving multiple airlines, different baggage policies may apply to different portions of the journey.

Travelers are responsible for verifying applicable baggage requirements before travel.

14. Payments

By submitting payment information, you authorize FlyZafy and/or its authorized payment and travel partners to process charges associated with your purchase.

You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Additional verification may be required before a booking or ticket can be completed.

We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or hold a transaction when reasonably necessary for payment verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, or security purposes.

15. Fraud Prevention

FlyZafy may use fraud-prevention and identity-verification procedures to protect customers and our platform.

We may request additional documentation or verification before processing certain transactions.

A booking may be rejected or canceled if we reasonably believe a transaction is unauthorized, fraudulent, unlawful, or presents an unacceptable security risk.

16. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact FlyZafy so we can investigate the issue.

Initiating a chargeback does not automatically cancel a reservation or relieve you of valid payment obligations.

We may provide booking confirmations, ticket records, transaction records, communications, and other relevant evidence to payment processors, banks, card networks, or other parties handling a payment dispute.

Nothing in these Terms limits any dispute rights available to you under applicable law.

17. Service Fees

FlyZafy may charge service, booking, processing, exchange, cancellation, support, or other fees where applicable.

Applicable FlyZafy fees will be disclosed as required during the relevant transaction or service request.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated, certain service fees may be non-refundable once the associated service has been performed.

18. Accounts and Security

Certain FlyZafy Services may require an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities performed through your account.

You must notify FlyZafy promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may not use another person's account without authorization.

19. Acceptable Use

You may not use FlyZafy to:

Conduct fraudulent or unlawful activities
Make unauthorized bookings or payments
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Introduce malicious software or harmful code
Scrape or systematically extract data without authorization
Interfere with the operation or security of our Services
Misrepresent your identity or payment authorization
Abuse promotional, affiliate, or referral programs
Violate applicable laws or third-party rights

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably determine that these Terms have been violated.

20. Intellectual Property

The FlyZafy name, logos, website design, software, content, graphics, interfaces, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to FlyZafy and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, license, or commercially exploit protected FlyZafy materials without authorization.

Third-party airline, hotel, supplier, and payment trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

21. Third-Party Services

Our Services may contain integrations with or links to third-party services.

FlyZafy does not control all third-party websites, platforms, systems, or services and is not responsible for their independent content, availability, privacy practices, security practices, or terms.

Your use of a third-party service may be governed by separate terms.

22. Disclaimer

Travel involves circumstances outside FlyZafy's control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FlyZafy does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Services or the accuracy of information supplied by independent third parties.

Airline operations, weather, governmental actions, strikes, security events, airport operations, natural disasters, and other events may affect travel.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FlyZafy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

FlyZafy is not responsible for acts or omissions of independent Travel Suppliers except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.

Any limitation of liability in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

24. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlyZafy and its officers, employees, affiliates, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party's rights.

25. Privacy

Your use of FlyZafy is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.

26. Electronic Communications

By using FlyZafy, you agree that we may provide booking confirmations, receipts, ticket information, service notices, account communications, and other transactional communications electronically.

Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and your communication preferences.

27. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, we may update the “Last Updated” date displayed at the top of this page.

Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by law.

28. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law or mandatory consumer-protection laws provide otherwise.

Any dispute-resolution or jurisdiction provision should be interpreted consistently with applicable law.

29. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
