Frequently asked questions
Who can become a travel agent with FlyZafy?
Travel agencies, online travel agencies, tour operators, consolidators, corporate travel desks and freelance or home-based agents can all apply. Every application is reviewed by our team before the account is activated.
Do I need an IATA or ARC number to register?
No. ARC, IATA and IATAN numbers are optional. Freelance agents and new agencies without accreditation are welcome to apply.
Does it cost anything to apply?
No. Registering and submitting your agency application costs nothing.
How do travel agents earn money?
You set your own markup in the Markup Manager. It is added on top of the fare you book, and the difference is your earning on each ticket.
How do I pay for bookings?
Bookings are paid from your prepaid agent wallet. You top it up in advance, and every transaction is recorded against its booking reference.
How long does approval take?
Our team reviews each application individually. You will receive an email as soon as your account is approved, and you can then sign in with the password you created.
What is the difference between an agent and an affiliate?
Agents book flights for their own clients from a professional workspace and earn through their markup. Affiliates simply share a referral link and earn a commission when someone books through it.
