Your ticket is a genuine airline e-ticket with a 13-digit ticket number, recorded in the airline's own reservation system — not a voucher or a hold.
FlyZafy credentials
We are accredited by the airline industry to issue airline tickets. Every flight you book with FlyZafy is ticketed as a genuine airline e-ticket and recorded in the airline's own reservation system.
ARC accredited
Airlines Reporting Corporation
Booking with an accredited agency means your flight is ticketed through the same system the airlines use themselves.
Your ticket is a genuine airline e-ticket with a 13-digit ticket number, recorded in the airline's own reservation system — not a voucher or a hold.
Ticket sales by an accredited agency are reported and settled with the airlines through the industry's own settlement system, under the airlines' rules.
Our accreditation number is printed on your e-ticket receipt, so every ticket we issue can be traced back to the agency that issued it.
Accreditation is not a one-off badge. Agencies have to keep meeting the accrediting body's financial and operational requirements to keep their number.
ARC accreditation authorises a travel agency in the United States to issue airline tickets on behalf of participating airlines.
ARC is owned by major airlines and settles ticket sales between accredited agencies and the airlines. An agency must meet ARC's financial and operational requirements to hold an ARC number, and every ticket it issues is reported and settled through ARC.
Our ARC number: 33713422
Fares come live from the airlines through a global distribution system (GDS) and, for some airlines, their direct NDC connection.
When you book, your seats are reserved in the airline's reservation system and you get an airline booking reference (PNR).
GDS tickets are issued by our accredited office; on NDC bookings the airline issues the ticket itself. Either way, you receive a real e-ticket number.
It lists your 13-digit ticket number, your airline booking reference and our accreditation (ARC 33713422).
Enter the airline booking reference and your last name in “Manage booking” on the airline's own website or app. Your flights and ticket appear there.
Look up any booking on Find a booking, or contact our team and we will confirm it for you.
Yes. FlyZafy holds ARC 33713422. These numbers identify us to the airlines as an accredited agency and are printed on the e-ticket receipts we issue.
ARC (Airlines Reporting Corporation) is owned by major airlines and settles ticket sales between travel agencies and airlines. An ARC-accredited agency is authorised to issue tickets on behalf of participating airlines and must meet ARC's financial and operational requirements.
Take the airline booking reference (PNR) from your confirmation and look it up in the Manage booking section of the airline's own website or app. Your e-ticket receipt also shows your 13-digit ticket number and our accreditation number.
Most tickets are issued by our accredited office through a global distribution system. When a flight is booked through the airline's direct NDC connection, the airline issues the ticket itself. In both cases you receive a genuine airline e-ticket.
Your confirmation email contains your booking reference. You can also look up any booking with its reference and last name on our Find a booking page, or in My trips when you are signed in.
